We will exchange or refund
any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt.
If you return an item we recommend you ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charge and return postage
will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items
broken or lost during return transit.
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 72 hours of
delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
We do not ever ever
ever pass your details to any outside person. We keep your email and address details within a separate and offline password-protected
database, and we do not store any debit/credit card or banking details.
We would like to send you the
occasional email telling you about new additions to the range. You can at any time ask to be removed from future emails
and your wishes will be respected - save sending you one email to confirm that your email address has been removed from our
database.
